Gymnastics: Men's gymnasts chosen for Olympic team

They often speak with soft voices and come across as the "gentle" types, but to many these gymnasts are the perfect specimen of the male physique and everything that is manly.
Okay, hyperbole aside, these are some hunky guys that were just chosen to be members of the U.S. Olympic team that will compete at the Summer Games in August. Reigning Olympic champ Paul Hamm (above left) will be joined on the team by twin brother Morgan. Also accompanying them to Beijing will be Joseph Hagerty, Justin Spring, Jonathan Horton and Kevin Tan. A small controversy ensued when Raj Bhavsar, who performed extremely well at this past weekend's Trials, was named as an alternate. He is joined by Alexander "Sasha" Artemev and David Durante.
With China as the overwhelming favorite to take the team Gold, this U.S. squad is hanging on to hopes that it can repeat its Silver Medal performance from the 2004 Games. The team was fourth at last year's World Championships.

Oh my the Hamm boys are sure looking fine! I watched them last Olympics and fell in love with their power, grace and abilities. I really hope Paul has fully recovered from his broken hand to be at 100% in Beijing.
I think it's one of the strongest teams the US has put together. Good luck guys!

I agree, this is a very strong team but I don't think they stand a chance against the Chinese men. On their own turf and their country's honor at stake, I think they will be unstoppable.

I'm so pissed off. I totally think Raj should have gotten on. I liked him so much better than everyone else.

I agree. I think Raj did an outstanding job. Oh well. Hopefully he is the alternate selected to go in Paul Hamm's place.
